Nick Gottuso recently closed doors on Modified Mortgage Solutions, leaving behind countless clients who paid him and Modified Mortgage Solutions thousands of dollars and recieved nothing in return. Nick has been stealing money from people for years and has recently started up Let Go Debt to use as his newest cash cow. I was an agent for a while and am now left trying to get loan modifications for the clients that paid him and he took their money and ran. Since disassociating myself from MMS and Nick, I've found 15-20 agents and clients that Nick has bounced checks to. I've also spoken to employees that worked in his office that he owes money to as well as contractors that have done work and never gotten paid. He is the opitomy of a Con Artist, he'll tell you anything you want to hear to get business in the door, give you every excuse in the book why he's not paying you, and you will eventually leave the company out of frustration. It's truly unbelievable that he has not faced criminal charges. Nick would not have so many people posting on complaint unless these claims were true. He is a narcissistic sociopath and is the has absolutely no regard for others. He will do or say anything he can to win your trust and you will pay in the long run. He ran Modified Mortgage Solutions until he had ripped off everyone around him and started up Let Go Debt, a debt settlement company. He will no doubt continue to steal money from trusting agents and clients. If you are considering becoming an agent or a client of Let Go Debt, you'll be making a huge mistake. Don't just take my word for it, there are endless victims that have or will be posting their experience with Nick Gottuso and his businesses.
