My Name is Mike Kachadorian, and my wife, and three children were shopping for bikes today. We went to Toys R Us, Walmart, & Target. I found that the products and prices seemed very comparable. The difference was the service that was provided by a young man named Nick. I currently manage a branch of Cherry Creek Mortgage, and our company is in the service business. What I liked about Nick, was his willingness to take charge with a can do attitude. If my wife wanted to look at a bike on the top shelf, he would say, let me get a ladder, and get it down for you. If the seat was to high, he would get a wrench and adjust it. I liked a particular mountain bike but the seat was to small and uncomfortable. He took a seat that was sold after market off the shelf, and put it on the bike before I left the store. That is just good work by him. I was so impressed with Nick, that I may consider offering him a job as an intern at my company. This young man has the makings of a very productive manager one day. He has the special gifts utilized in the service that you'll never be able to teach someone.
Please tell Nick that I appreciated his efforts, and yes we purchase 2 adult bikes and a pull cart for our 4 year old.
