Prospective sales agents and consumers that are considering a business relationship with Nick Gottuso, Modified Mortgage Solutions and/or Affiliated Capital Partners should read this report carefully.
I am going to keep this short and simple. Nick Gottuso has written NSF checks for commissions to me and all of my sales agents. He has not written one good check to any of us. I have also learned that he has written NSF checks to other sales agents and consumers that contracted his firm for services. He has been writing bad checks to sales agents for several months. Nick is a very believable person when you first meet him, however, he will use you for as long as he can get away with it if you let him.
Because of all of his fraudulent activity, Chase, Wells Fargo, Wachovia, Citizens and Gilmore bank have closed his accounts.
Nick is opening a debt settlement company under a different name. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company if you come across it.
