I accompanied a friend to this salon who was getting her hair done for her wedding. Since I have short, fine hair and it is hard to style I thought I would get mine done too. We would have had make-up done too, but the trial application the day before was completely unacceptable. The artist would not listen to my friend and what she wanted. We ended up doing our own.
My hair is barely past my ears and did not require more than 10 minutes of some flat iron work and heavy hair spray application. I was charged $65, $25 more than they had originally quoted me. My friend was charged $300 for her trial make-up (that she did not end up going with) and an updo. When we asked about this, the manager was EXTREMELY rude and could not give us a reason why they charged us $220 more than the site listed for bridal styling on their website.
This was probably the worst customer service / salon experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this salon to anyone, they are unprofessional and greedy. Do not trust what they tell you, because they will claim there was never any agreements of that their website is false.
