Revival Salon and Spa is a horrible place to go. They have completely rubbed me the wrong way and have created the worst experience possible.
They have an arrogant attitude and their staff is rude to each person that walks in. They do not understand how to cut hair, what is involved, what to ask, and need to make sure before they make radical changes. I have been going to the salon for years and have never witnessed an experience like this. A completely disaster and gamble.

When someone expressed concern over what they performed, they were told that maybe they should go to an "older scaled salon". There are plenty of other options in the area and Revival Salon and Spa is the worst option of all. The Revival Hair Salon is new, inexperienced, and are clueless when it comes to customer satisfaction.
