It all started one day when i had hatched some baby button quails, and needed to find some cages within my budget.
Sense i am a single mother of three and lead a cub scout den, volunteer at forever faithful miniseries, and rehabilitate strays in horrible health as well as use child development in hybrid therapy puppies that i donated to disabled children, and am disabled my self as well as my son Morris, i have a very limited income.
I was in dire need for the cages quick, and went back to the website to contact him, it was then i noticed he had a email and p.O. Box, i tried contacting him through the email, and he stated he would send them quick, after a week i asked for a refund so i could order them else where, my baby buttons were living in a brooder, and i didn't have the money to double order, I'm on a very limited income, he didnt reply so i looked up his phone number through who is and msn white pages, only after i found his father or brothers number, (I'm not sure, some relative of his that's a manager) he refunded me, i told him i didn't want to call his relative and ask for help, but i felt like i had no choice.
So he accidently refunded me twice, the minute i saw this i called my card, i was afraid to talk to him, they said they commended me for my honesty, and they couldn't do anything, so i emailed him and told him about it and asked if he could dispute the charge, but not charge my card so i didn't have to pay apr. Fees.
Almost two weeks later he charged my card without my knowledge, and ageist my will, i then asked if it was possible for me to dispute the charge and pay by bank, he said he would report me as no payment. (i never got cages from him, i was trying to fix his mistake, but in a way i wasn't paying for it. So i told him fine ill pay the fees, even though this is your mistake, but i had made a rip off report with his information in hopes that later clients would be able to find his contact information if they needed it, seeing how he handles biasness i knew i wasn't the worse case.
He then told me he would charge slander on me and i would have to go to court in California, he knew i was disabled and am on a fixed income there for i could not defend my self in court and he would win.
He still sends emails threatening me, and i am a very tender hearted and compassionate person, i dont even eat meat, so negativity effects me very bad, i asked him to please stop sending me such negative emails and i would remove my report even though it states the truth and i did it with good intensions, to help others who ran into the same or simaller situations with him. But he refuses, and tells me the weather is nice out there, and he is making me go out there, and other mocking emails.
I'm now going to the authorizes in hopes they talk to him and tell him to leave me alone, i cannot handle negativity, it makes me very very upset, i have some stored emails he is sending and my credit cards logs and phone reports, as well as people who well stand by every thing i say, i am stating the truth, and can have a doctor state my condition and the stress negativity can have on me, i also have heart problems, as well as sever adhd.
Of course i dont have the income to go to court in California (i live in Texas) and all the work ive done to get a home for me and my children will be ruined, because of this hateful man.
God willing the authorizes over there will help me, and stop him from harassing me.
