I did a google search for places to purchase MMORPG (Online Game) related items. I found this company via search engine. I contacted them via chat feature that they have setup on their website and asked if they had the item I wanted in stock and ready to deliver. They promised me delivery ini 10 minutes from time of purchase. I purchased my item, asked when I could get delivery and then was told that they were out of stock on that item and I would have to wait. I have been waiting now for almost 4 days for something that was supposed to be deliverd in 10 minutes. I contact them each day and ask if my item is now available and all I get are excuses. I ask to have my money refunded and they tell me only the "boss" can refund money and that he isn't here right now. I have contacted them a various different times (all the way up to 2:30 am in my time zone and each time I am told the same thing. Boss not here, wait 8 hours. Then we give your item or refund. Well neither one has been done to date and it appears as if I am not going to get my item or my money back. Please do not purchase anything from this website. You will lose your money and get nothing in return for it!!
