I purhased 3 items online. One item was misshipped, after multiple calls trying to track down item. It was loctaed at the wrong address that BabyRUs shipped it to. Item was then shipped directly to me from the incorrect address. The item was wet and opened. I setup a return, but had to hand delivery the 110 lbs. Box to UPS myself. Only to call an follow-up to be told that the crib was no longer in stock and my money would be returned.
