I was charged an additional $99 (SGD) for item i purchased. When i call the company and complain, they told me its clearly stated in the website BUT ITS NOT! I make noise that i will call the credit card company and settle dispute for me, then they tell me that they will do a refund on the $99 for me. I ask them why do i need to pay additional $99 for the item i purchase when i only need to pay for the item i brought. Their excuses is because i have to pay a premium so that i have discount to purchase the item in their website. This is such a lame excuses. This is not clearly stated in the website when you purchase the item with them.
