I am really upset concerning the quality of treatment I obtained only today in the Pharmcay at your Rego Park Shop.

I contacted using a pharmacy technology regarding a prescription for an antibiotic medicine for my 4-year old boy who'd only finished surgery that same-day. I expected her if they had the medicine and he or she said they did. The prescription was subsequently directed at the pharmacist to load. I advised them that my boy only completed surgery which I'd watch for the medicine. They got over one hour but still didn't contact my name. Meanwhile the drugstore required care of other people that arrived. I had been standing right before the table. I talked out my disappointment and just subsequently did the pharmacist - Mariya Ibragimova, got my prescription cards. And following the medication was authorized, she subsequently explained they didn't possess the medicine.

I'm really annoyed since I ensured I requested beforehand if they had the medicine, that I ensured to tell them that I'd watch for the medication due to my boyis situation, and that I ensured I had been completely obvious towards the drugstore team when I waited. BUT STILL I HAD BEEN UNABLE TO GET THE MEDICINE.

I'm really annoyed since my boy was waiting in the home after surgery, in discomfort, plus they simply didn't care.
