On June 4, I bought an "Hidden Guard by Zagg" (UPC: 843404055791) Bestbuy SKU: 9952932) (cost. 99 plus tax) for my new HTC Evo from Bestbuy. I had been informed when used to donot like it that I really could return it. Well I acquired it house and use it my telephone. All appeared well. A couple of hours later, the edges began ripping down, and wouldn't stay glued to the top of the telephone. I peeled it down, and place it in the container to come back. During La Mesa on June 6, I experimented with return this product towards the local Bestbuy. The client support representative didn't understand if she was permitted to return it or not, and so I was informed to hold back while she talked using the store-manager. She returns 25 minutes later, and informs me that it's a product, and so not returnable. I advised her I purchased simply 2 times earlier, which it's faulty, and requested to talk to the store-manager. The store-manager, Ricky, got his nice time speak with me. He recommended me he wouldn't permit me to come back them, since I have didn't spend Bestbuy to set up it for me personally, and alternatively mounted it myself. I subsequently requested to switch it, because it's faulty. I stressed the truth that I had been NEVER informed this is a product, or that I'd not be permitted to return it. He again refused my demand, saying I actually donot care, I'm not likely to permit you to return it, and explained to call 1-888-BESTBUY. I named, plus they were shut. Usually, I'd not take some time to create this criticism, but he'd the toughest perspective of ANYBODY in customer support that I've previously experienced. I'm acutely UPSET about that issue, and certainly will tomorrow contact my creditcard to challenge the cost. I'll NEVER conduct business with this specific Bestbuy again! If a product is unreturnable, it ought to be designated as a result on my bill!
