I was a loyal customer for 10 years. While I might still buy toilet paper from them, never again will I use them for prescription medicines. Whatever firm took over the pharmacy services is seriously incompetent on so many level. N addition to the horrible customer service, the level of
knowledge of professional staff is unbelievable poor.
After holding a prescription for 3 weeks, they cancelled it with no information. Call customer service - after 40 minutes speaking to 5 different people, including a pharmacy
tech, turns out that the problem was I had asked for the generic (which I also do). First the pharmacy tech argued with me about what the drug was, what the generic was and that it was my fault for ordering the wrong medicine - NOT. Neither she nor apparently the pharmacist who cancelled my order had even bothered to LOOK in up in the Physcian's Desk Reference (PDR) - the basic tool of all pharmacists and doctors. Since the "computer" didn't list the generic, they simply cancelled it... The staff didn't bother to check, didn't care whether I recieved the medication or not, and then got mad at me for questioning them. Finally, after 40 minutes of song and dance, finally a pharmacist admitted that I was right, that this was terrible customer service, that they HAD made a mistake in the first place and no this wasn't an accetable level of customer or pharmacy service. Great. Last time I will use them. There ARE other companies out there. A real shame that they will ruin this great company, which made it's NAME on customer service.
