Online discount membership took money out of my checking account without my consent or knowlege

I was checking my bank account and saw 2 charges that said check. I checked the image and saw that one was made payable to uclip coupon and the other to online discount membership. What recourse do I have? They even asked me for my ss # when I called their number to find out what was going on.
