Wrote a check on my own checking account numbers and name for $19.93

UClip Coupon wrote a check on my checking account check with my name and address, routing numbers and checking account number for $19.93.in reference area was www.UCouponSup.com. With telephone number 1-888-348-7982,
The check was NSF because my account was left without money on purpose. I had to open a new account because of the numbers being used previously by any number of ripoff companies.
I called this company at the number above. They gave me a cancellation number and a website to get a refund. I was not able to get any correct website address for this refund. They refused to give me the correct website.
