I never heard of this company, though was charged twice on two different checks!

I've never heard of this company before. But I was charged two different amounts on two different checks. When I called to notify this company that someone else has probably done something in my name, or its just a mistake, they insisted that it was me!
I hate that I may have gotten ugly with the person on the phone, but he acted as if he didnt believe me, and made me feel as if he wasnt going to do anything about it.
I was charged two checks to my State Employees Credit Union account, and the checks read: pay to the order of Plaza Bank. One for UClip coupon which was $23.96 and one for Online Discount Membership which was $34.19.
