Liberty Discount Club, Last Chance Cash Advance and Grocery Club Discount Service, UclipUsave
Last Chance Cash Advance, U-Clip U-Save, id theft protection, Online Discount Membership, UClip Coupon, Freedom Royal, Freedom Subscription, Uniguard Fraudulent Check Cashing Minneapolis

Three
different "companies" charged three different amounts on sight draft
computer generated checks cashed against my account. Get the image of
the checks from your bank... All made out to different companies
(Liberty Discount Club, aka id theft protection, aka Online Discount
Membership-$29.91, Freedom Subscription, aka Freedom Royal, aka
Uniguard-$8.42, U-Clip U-Save, aka UClip Coupon-$19.93)-but look at the
back of the checks where they stamp them for deposit, all going into
the same account number at the same bank. Plaza Bank. When you call and
cancel the service they give you a cancellation confirmation
number-mine for two different companies were 4733059 and 4732306. I
canceled my so called subscription with Liberty Discount Club first and
got the 2306 conf. #. About a week later the $19.93 charge came through
and I called them and canceled that one and wow-almost identical conf.
#'s-what a coincidence. So then just to see what would happen I called
cust. Service at Liberty Disc. Club and when asked for my cancellation
confirmation number I gave them the one for U-Clip. The service rep on
the phone didn't skip a beat when she "looked up my account" and told
me that my refund was denied. When I mentioned U-Clip she told me that
she was not with U-clip she was with Liberty. I repeated the conf.
Number I had given her (the U-clip one) and she told me no, that wasn't
my conf. # and read me the one from Liberty! I hadn't given her my
name, soc. Sec. # or anything! They do keep your number and watch on
their caller ID. They are affiliated with each other or at the very
least intertwined. Their websites are very similar, they have almost
identical web addresses for cust. Support, almost identical conf. #s,
etc. I have experienced being given websites
that don't work half the time, told to e-mail their fraud resolution
department at an undeliverable e-mail address, etc. I got Freedom Royal
to refund my $8.42, but so far no luck with Liberty Discount Club. I have been at it for almost two weeks now and they
are telling me that my refund is denied. I encourage all of you to file
complaints and report these scumbags to every consumer advocate group
and every law enforcement agency you can think of. I filed a complaint
with the FBI's IC3 department and am waiting to see where that goes and
I filed a complaint at the Federal Trade Commission, but they don't
investigate individual complaints, the lady there told me they watch
for trends and then take action. So everybody has to report these
losers! The more complaints and reports get filed the more likely
somebody will stop them. Today I'm going to my bank to start a
fraudulent check cashing investigation against Liberty, tomorrow I'll
find another agency to report them to and I'm not stopping until I get
my $29.91 back, from Liberty and not from my bank refunding it to me, and you should all do the same.
