This deceptive web site shows photos of boxed Lego sets with product titles that match (example: "Lego Star Wars Episode III Set 6205 V-Wing Fighter"). That creates an expectation that they are selling a complete set. But guess what? All they sent me was an instruction manual. They did not ship what was pictured/titled.
I asked for a full refund. The owner called me many insulting names (stupid, dumb, blind, illiterate, a scammer, and a thief), and told me I had to take the time and expense to ship the worthless manual back before they would give me a refund of less than 50%. Not fair, not worth it.
Now I see on this web site that I am not the only victim. Sadly, I'm not surprised. I gave the owner a few suggestions of ways to stop these misunderstandings from happening in the future, which would help him AND consumers, but I got the impression the suggestions fell on deaf ears.
