My 10 year old son saved up his money and bought a lego box set or so he thought. For $82.00, the company sent an instruction manual. [This is part of the scam, put the cost of the "part" at slightly below the set price, and show a picture that misleads consumers into believing a set is being purchased then refuse a return. I e-mailed and called the next day, and I received a nice response. It said that these things happen, to return the instruction manual, and my account would be credited within 48 hours. After a week to 2 weeks later, I called and e-mailed. No answer. No answer on any line. It did not matter what time of day or day that you called. I have also failed to find a secretary of state record for this company to bring forth a lawsuit. If anyone out there knows of a registered agent for this corporation, please let me know. We should get a class action lawsuit going. I am surprised lego has not taken action, as it is harming their image to have a scam organization selling lego parts. Beware, and any information is appreciated. Thank you!
