Icktrainshop.com Purposefully Deceptive Practices San Jacinto

My kids bought what they thought was a boxed lego set and they only received the instruction manual! The website is purposely misleading. When I did not receive the legos kits and only a manual, I couldn't believe it. We read the description of the item thoroughly! When we went back to review it, the words instruction manual did not appear in the item description, but was written ever so faintly above in the web directory address in a font that was very hard to see. They also do not answer their phones!

We mailed back and received a partial refund (shipping was not reimbursed). The complete item descriptions that we purchased are copied in their entirety from bricktrainshops website: Lego Castle Fantasy Era 7094-1 "Kings Castle Siege" from 2007 & Lego Castle Fantasy Era Set 7036 "Dwarves Mine" from 2007. The words "instructions" or manual" appear NOWHERE in the listing. The word "instruction" only appears within the website directory which is in SMALLER font in a color that is very difficult to see on a computer screen. There are also pictures of the boxed set. The complete description of the item in the webstore reads: Lego Castle Fantasy Era Set 7036 "Dwarves Mine" from 2007 Item Price: $16.20 $10.00 Postal Insurance/Tracking?: $10.00 Postal Insurance $0.90 7036-Instructions. The word "instructions" is not part of the item listing, but comes after the price in lighter letters. Since we purchased a boxed set, the instructions were to come with it. The items were sent media mail even though we were charged for priority (flat rate) & first class shipping for the two orders. The only thing that I ever received from this company that gave the correct item description was on the receipt that was mailed with the instruction manual - by that time the scam was complete! If they know how to correctly write an invoice, why don't they fix their website and fix their email receipts..
