This company deliberately misleads the consumer, mostly children, with deceptive advertising. My eight year old son found the website by googling the Lego fire station. Unfortunately, the brick train shop site came up. When the product we ordered arrived it was only a manual. Even though the product description described the actual toy and had a You-tube video of the toy. There was not a description of the instruction manual or anything that said manual only. We shipped the product back to the company as directed by the customer service department. We have never received a refund, nor will they return our E-mails. If this or something similar has happened to you with this company please contact the Better Business Bureau, the Hemet County District Attorney 910 North State street, Hemet, Ca. 92543, the Federal trade Comission as it is a crime to commit internet fraud. I am also contacting the Lego corporation to make them aware of the fraudulent company that represents their name. If you have any other agencies please post. Lets go after this company through the correct channels so they stop victimizing our children.
