Requested a power clutch ($266) for my Sears garden tractor on May 20, order# W487413. On April 27th I obtained a rather than the clutch. I named Sears on April 27 plus they stated that they'd deliver the right component. Named back about the 28th for that following range for that component plus they did not have any info however but somebody might contact me. Never occurred

Examined the PartsDirect site for delivery information about the 29th - no info. Without any delivery info accessible, this implies nothing continues to be completed toward fixing this mistake.
