I'm really dissatisfied with Sears/Components Dept. I purchase a component for my machine on March 14 also it came in my experience two weeks later being an Oven Change. What? Why was an oven change delivered to me in the place of a device? Great problem!!! I named Sears and talked having a Customer Support Consultant and told her the incorrect component was delivered in my experience. Well, she responded with "we apologize for that inconvience this might have trigger but we are able to send another component for you and cost your card again, then as we get the stove change then we shall credit your consideration." What? Are you significant!!! Then she began apologizing again for that error and informing me they might sleep out the component also me. I informed her that I'd like them to deliver me the corret component after they get the wrong component back. I'd been out-of a for 3 months in those days. Today, you'll believe due to their error they might hurry me back out the component rapidly! Not, I've been awaiting more than 5 months today to get a simiple washer device for my machine. I then found out tody 4/9 that my account was credited for the amount of the washer part on 4/7 with no indiction from Sears. I obtained NO telephone call or mail from Sears declaring they get the Stove Change and they weren't delivering me back the right component! I'm very "pissed-off" that they're really unprofessional about using the services of their clients. I talked having a "so-called" Boss nowadays in Illinois that explained that they can not deliver out my part simply because they acknowledged my consideration and there is nothing they're I really could do about but to re order the component. What? Does any body-care about my loved ones and that I have now been with no machine for 30 days and we waited on Sears to provide a component (that easy) to my home so we're able to possess a content house again: (I'd like everybody to understand that SEARS isn't the trusted organization we once understood years back as children. Don't store at SEARS for something... Specifically for components! They PULL!!! Oh, the man explained to create towards the corporate workplace about my criticism. Obviously, I'll do this aswell, but I am happy I discovered this website.
