In Summer or 2006 I purchased two lap top computers and a copier at Best Buy with service contracts on each. Summer of I mailed three renewal forms with credit card information before the contracts expired, and my card was charged three months in a row. I sent my two lap top computers in for repairs and found out I have no contract on either computer.
After many hours and several people later on the phone I learned that Best Buy / AIG Warranty Guard has a "policy" that only one transaction per envelope can be handled, and the person opening my envelope with three contract renewals, renewed only one, for the printer. I received no notice of the above. I have tried to resolve this with the corporate office of Best Buy, but to no avail.
