I purchased a HP all-in-one from Miracle Computers on their website (ShopMiracle.com) with "Next Day Onsite Warranty = 3 Year"for an additional $79.00. When I required service about 3 months from my purcashed date I e-mailed Miracle and was told I would be sent the service contract by Michael (manager). After a week I had to e-mail Michael again and he told me he couldn't understand what happened to the contract and he would send me another copy. That never happened.
I then contacted Washington Mutual, the credit card company I used) and to make a long story short I was told I had no recourse because I had only 60 days to file a dispute. I reminded them that tis was a service contract and I did not require service during the first 60 days. No matter. They finally told me they don't get involved in warranty disputes. Up until then I had thought using a credit card protedted me from dishonest vendors.
My advice to anyone is to buy equipment requiring warrenties from the manufacturer directly.in ANY CASE CROSS MIRACLE COMPUTERS OFF YOUR LIST!!
