Very frustrating situation

My partner and that I purchased a television a couple of years before and lately it stopped functioning. We named Sears in the future and repair the television and he arrived around twice to repair it. He requested a component and mounted it. Effectively the component he requested didn't repair it so we named again and also the same guy arrived, this time around he explained he couldn't repair it so he'd pay us for the work he charged. We were informed he'd place in a solution for the compensation and was informed we'd get a sign in the email within fourteen days. We've not obtained any check and we've approached many folks from sears over this. The sixth time i eventually talked to somebody plus they stated the check have been prepared and we'd obtain it within the email in 14 days nicely we never got the check and today they claim they quit the check. I don't determine what may be the issue why they'd quit the check. We've bills and verification figures and six distinct amounts of locations they informed us to contact. This really is really annoying since we were informed we'd possess the cash back. I really hope you are able to assist us since we invested 5,000 bucks with this television from sears and we're excellent clients.
