I recently purchased a 50inch toshiba tv from coons. Following a month or two my television might begin blinking the image on / off. Following a week of this the image went completly out. I named conns support department daily for months to obtain anyone to my home and repair it. After about 14 days a man found the home and looked over it and stated he'd purchase the component. Fourteen days passed plus they named and stated the component was prepared plus they were delivering exactly the same man to repair my television. He found the home but you know what. Television still doesnt work so he requested another component by this time around he requested the entire illumination device and arrived for that third-time nevertheless my television rests unrepaired. I can't get any solutions in the servive department i told them their customer support hurts and requested them when they had licensed technicians or do they simply allow anybody into people houses to try and repair their material! I'd like my television mounted i settled the insurance and also have bill really patient. I WOn't ever purchase or deliver one to buy something from Conns... The title suggests everything.
