I went online to-order my birth certificate, vitalchek required my cash, I sent the identification required using the authorized files, and received my verification, many days later. I went online to check on my standing they delivered me a mail showing that my purchase was terminated for none reciept of my identification. How might this company simply take your money. I delivered them a contact back allowing them to realize that I'd evidence they recievec my faxes, and that I DESIRED my purchase prepared, however waiting on the reaction. We can not trust noone today a days. Want to solve problem.
