Randy trainer did not deliver the fire helmet front i ordered

I ordered a a fire helmet front from this company. The web site stated it takes 3 or 4 weeks to get. The payment was completed 1-12-10. Ive tryed to email the company and they just make excuses and cant tell me where my sheild is
