I live out of the US. I selected expedited service for my birth certificate, to check the price. VitalChek instructions do not allow scrolling back, so I continued, expecting an opportunity to review submitted information and make corrections.
Instead, when I "continued" to step four (conformation), the order was placed and charged $45 in delivery fees.
I found no mechanism to contact VitalChek, even though their instructions claim this option.
VitalChek provides misleading information that makes one question their motives.
VitalCheks blatant disregard for customer service is despicable. It is unfortunate that folks in a hurry have no other option.
