I requested two accurate copies of my birth certification as-is documented within the NYC Division of Wellness. Vitalchek delivered me two qualifications of delivery. These are two completely different files. This isn't how it's offered on the internet site to help make the purchase. I've a broken accurate photo-copy of my birth certificate from 1970. After contacting vitalchek [Pinky] was excellent although not useful enough. Her directions were for me personally to contact NYC Division of wellness to obtain a backup of birth certificate. Is that this the things they were employed to complete. Or was I cheated?
