January 1 went to store and bought a pool, which we paid for in full. Like other report on Dr. Feelgoodes, the process was very simple buying the pool, actually getting our pool, not so simple. Was told our pool was going to be delivered early April. It's now the third week in April and no pool. It is impossible to get a person to talk to on the phone at both the Stroudsburg and Bethlehem locations. Left messages to have someone get back to us to find out about our pool and no return calls. The one time we did reach someone on the phone, the person said he didn't know anything and was the only one at the store. He said he didn't see any pools coming in. Took our name and number and said he'd have someone get back to us. No one did. Went down to the store the next day. Only one person in the store (when they were having their "big" New Year's sale January 1, there were at least 4 people working there). He didn't know anything about our pool. He told us the person he'd have to ask was at a show (how convenient). He said he would talk to him either that night or the next day and said he would DEFINITELY get back to us no later than Monday (went to the store on Saturday). Still no call back. Have been leaving messages since then and no one calls back. Will keep going back to the store until we get our pool. If they keep giving us the runaround, we'll stand at the store and picket it and tell everyone that comes in to go elsewhere. This company has very bad customer service. They were quick to make a sale and take our money but they don't deliver. I don't know how they are still in business. I'm sure I'm not the only person they've done this too.
