I bought 2 pair of lenses for over $550 at Lenscrafters in Charlotte, NC and the lady there did not want to give me new cases for them. I had to argue to get them. No more Lenscrafters for me. This was purchased at the Carolina Mall store on March 26. The lady was not at all friendly and made me feel like I was intruding on her time. If this is the way that they treat their customers after charging them a lot more than what they would pay at Costco they deserve to go out of business.
