Like many others, I am a loyal PETCO PALS customer. PETCO advertises that if you buy 10 bags of dog food, your next bag is free. I bought my 10th bag on February 6. I called in March and they said my coupon would be mailed March 26—in the meantime I needed to buy abother bag. It is now April 11 and I still haven't received the coupon that PETCO claims was mailed on March 26. It has now been more than two months since I purchased my 10th bag and I am about to buy my next bag—at a different store—syill witout having received a coupon.
