PETCO PALS I am another victim of the PALS Buy 10 Get 1 Free Program. I fulfilled my requirments and the automated phone system told me I would receive my coupon for a free bag of food in 2-3 weeks. 3 Months l

I am also a victim of their "Buy 10 Get 1 Free" Pals program. I completed all requirements and the automated phone system stated I would receive my coupon for a free bag in a few weeks. Four months later and no coupon. I called and the rep said they would reissue another coupon and I would receive it in 2-3 weeks.

She didn't see surprised that I did not receive my coupon. She probably knows that it was never sent.

I can understand an occasional mistake or computer glitch. But to see multiple examples of no coupon arriving has to make one wonder if the program is indeed a ripoff.

Way to alienate your best customers, PETCO.
