This Petco is HORRIBLE. Every time that I've been in this store I have recieved horrible/no customer service whatsoever. I recently went in to buy gifts for a family member; it took me almost 45 minutes to find what I needed (it was specific) and I saw NO employees at all while I was looking. Then the manager, Rob, refused to honor my 5 off 25 coupon FROM PETCO.com. Needless to say I forced him to call corporate, which should have solved the problem, and he still refused to give it to me even though it was a valid coupon. Needless to say I actually left the store crying because of how they treated me, without buying anything I made the trip for. I will never be going to this PETCO again, and I personally would not recommend going there unless you are literally out of whatever you need, have no coupons to use, and just want to get in and get out. If you are a PETCO Pals member, go to the new PETCO in Exeter on Perkiomen Avenue. The people working there actually care about their customers and the pets they serve; they will take time to help you find what you need, carry it if it's too heavy for you, and follow the actual corporate PETCO policies.
