I needed my rugs cleaned and in the place of visit a little washing organization, I needed to utilize a skilled big-name corporate company. What an error which was! I'd an appointment planned with Sears Carpet Cleaning plus they named me to I would like to realize that a vehicle had divided plus they needed to re-schedule my visit. I had been unhappy about that since I'd a showing planned that night, however it was just the following day therefore it I really could stay with that. These were suppose to become there between 9 10am on 4/9/10 but the driver who called me several times seemed To STONED Comprehend anything or to find where the house was with the easiest instructions I gave him. And so I spoke to him 4 occasions within the span of 90 units and each time I believed he was in and began, He'd contact me 20 minutes later requesting some stupid question. The final phone was to express the doorway was secured, and that I told him change the handle and Undoubtedly it popped immediately. Duhhh, Place The Tube Down Guy!!! Which was at 11:15am. I Initially informed The consultant who created my visit that I'd not be house, doorway could be available, I'd pay via charge card in advance, and that the rugs were really filthy and I really could not machine them, an if there could be an additional cost for that, then I'd spend, simply I'd like to understand how much!!! Repetition stated they'd machine for No additional cost. Therefore the Rug man was in the home at 11:15am and at 12:45 I obtain a phone in the consultant informing me the man quit plus they did not do anything more. Whenever you supply any service there might be additional chargeis if anything is dirtier or even more function than anticipated and that I was and am prepared to usually purchase a great work, but to simply abandon and never actually speak to your customer IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT. The repetition about the telephone attempted to provide me a training in carpetcleaning about their duties and that I informed her, main point here you give a service and there's a cost related to that support, therefore it all boils down to cash and that I must have been billed additional and also the work must have got accomplished!!! Am I correct or incorrect? And so I needed to display the home with filthy rugs regarding not need to AGAIN re-schedule my showing and that I was totally ashamed the rugs weren't washed trigger I select a big-name organization who simply does not worry about being skilled, and believe they are able to remain in company simply because of there title and marketing.
