Kiwi carpet cleaning is the worst! Mis qouted the price of furniture and rug cleaning by $50.00. Did not tell driver he was to pick up 2 area rugs. Said they will return rugs 3-5 days after pickup. Do not return calls.
Kept my rugs 9 days said they couldn't reach me.
They had my cell # and home phone.
No message.
After my fourth callin two weeks Made me again wait for a return call on rugs 2 hours. Said they wanted to confirm their inflated price. I ask after 2 weeks were the rugs clean? What were they going to do keep my rugs
if didn't agree to the price??? Told me I MISUNDERSTOOD!!! Guess I am stupid!
Upon Delivery delivery driver had to call for the price!!! Delivery driver was sympathetic, said KIWI did him wrong and he was quitting next week.
Finally I want you to know the carpet stinks, I don't think they professinally cleaned it.
Don't use kiwi carpet cleaning! They are awful!!!
