I taken care of the rug cleaning and duct-cleaning in the same period! They did the duct-cleaning (so far as I understand) HOWEVER THEY DIDN'T CLEAR MY CARPET WHATSOEVER
They also stated they don't give refunds for services which were not supplied! -it isn't within their policy to reimbursement people

Well, he ultimately named me at around 8pm and stated that he was performing the duct-work and there is much more cleansing than he anticipated within the channels! He explained he may not be completed whenever we get home. I believed which was really unusual; why wouldn't it consider him from 11am till after 9pm to complete both rug and also the duct-cleaning! Exactly what a scam! They did not actually clean the carpet whatsoever! They told us that people could eliminate the area spots they did not contact! Don't use alcazar cleansing because they don't do the job they guarantee-and wont return you since 'it isn't within their plan'!
