In early November, when PACT still had not been voted on, I ordered cigarettes from this company. I had ordered before, and had not had a problem. The problem started with THIS order. I used an on-line check, as before, and was told my order would ship the next day. I waited one week, and called. I was told that they didn't have enough of my brand on hand earlier in the week, and my order would ship the next day. I waited another week, and phoned again. This time I got a recorded message saying to check their website. The website had a notice that their warehouse had been seized by ATF &but no explanation WHY that had happened—and that ATF needed to sort out which orders were still outstanding, and that I could expect a refund. Well, THAT never happened. I contacted ATF, and no one there would give me any information whatsoever. They would 'neither confirm nor deny' any seizure, etc.
Is there ANY way for us to get our money back? I've never been in this kind of position before. Any problem I have ever had with a retailer, I've been able to work out directly with the company. Class action suit? Internet fraud? Anything?
