Have ordered from CD2U for a few years. Have never had any problem. Recent order (12/6) processed and paid for. Shows order was sent "USPS" yet no further tracking information. USPS does not show this order "enroute". This order totaled more than 150.00. Electronic check. Is this really a PACT ACT early enforcement. If so, the government is holding my money hostage. Outrageous. I do believe this is a dependable and legitimate company under a PACT ACT attack. What is the recourse?
