Cigarettes direct placed an order dec 7th check cashed dec have a confirmation # called to ask where pkg was said should be shipped shortly backed up in warehouse all I want is pkg or please return money never had

I have placed an order with cd2u Dec 7th emailed me a confirmation # on the 9th I called to check and she said should go out today Dec 10th check was cashed why would they send pkg before check cashed. I went to their websire says down for maintince accepting no more orders will resolve soon. Now it is the 18th and still no pkg. Phones are not working. All I want is the pkg or my money back. What is strange I have never had any problems before with this co. On the internet I see they got a letter from Food and Dug administration (warning Letter) did they shut them down???
