Www.agoodcigerette.com they ripped me off $450.00

I placed an order with cd2u on Dec 4th. Check was cashed and i never got my order. I have tried to contact them by phone and email and have been unsuccessful! CD2U could at least let people know what is going on! I have ordered from CD2U for two years without a problem, I think they could let people know what is going on!
Is there any way to get my money back? I don't think i want the product at this point but i would like $450.00 to buy xmas presents for my kids!
