Hi, I recently noticed a $24 charge on my credit card statement from Totsy dated November. I did NOT place any orders with Totsy, nor have I received any. I've emailed and tried calling them. The phone number doesn't work that their customer service emailed me. Now I receive only automated emails saying they received my email, but no response and no ability to talk with a person to resolve the issue. I would like to speak with someone at Totsy directly to take care of this. Thanks.
