I can't believe I have to write one of these things. I am a small business owner and distributor of a very lucrative infomercial product and sell to large trade shows and festivals. Karen assured me nothing but the best and brightest sales staff for the premium package I was paying her for. It was the housewares show in Chicago. The biggest show of the year and for 3 days straight my business was subjected to product specialists and models calling off, late, and just plain unprofessional and lazy. I did half the sales I normally do on this show after paying her incompetent staff. I have been in the trade show business for over 15 years and never have seen anything like it. It's such a bad economy right now and to shell out money for marketing right now really sucks when your just making ends meet. At the end of the show I barely broke even. If you are a small business like mine please do your research before hiring a marketing company.in the end I found out she got half the staff from Craigslist.
