I would strongly urge anyone considering using Nimlok New York City or Nimlok NYC to quickly re-think their trade show and exhibit booth strategy. I will give you a brief summary of how Nimlok and their owner Paul Conway cost our company over $ 250,000 in lost opportunity costs and exhibit booth construction. We are an international tools manufacturer who does exhibit marketing all over the world. We unfortunately left our trade show initiatives in the hands of Nimlok NYC, who, portrayed themselves as a huge, capable organization in the trade show industry, but to my surprise they are really just a small operation who pushes paper and does not manufacture anythingas a matter of fact they are so small you would think I would have met their President / owner Paul Conway, but even after doing business with them for over a year and a half I did not even meet Paul Conway and even after this latest debacle, he still did not reach out for me. And I am the President of a fairly sizable company who gave Nimlok NYC a lot of business. You see, we had a trade show in the U.K. Our booth never showed up. Not only did Nimlok make excuses that it was not their fault and that the shipping company was at fault I still did not meet Mr. Paul Conway or any of the Nimlok NYC staff. All I know is that show debacle cost us some big contracts and also forced us to get another make shift booth at a moments notice. I will not belabor you with details, but all I can say is watch out for Nimlok NYC, they really are not that professional do not what it takes to handle a small client or a fortune 100 company.
