Ripoff double billing

My husband drives truck over the road but he only calls about 8 diffrent phone numbers. We have had service with cingular for 17 months now and have never had a bill be right. I have showed them where he has been talking to someone and may have been a 29minute call and the call right behind it be 1 minute later the then when the 29 minute call was made.

Every month he has been over on daytime minutes so I upgraded to 2000 daytime minutes and 5000 nights and guess what the dont have any record of the update. I was standing there when the woman called the upgrade in. Now I have a 715.00 bill.

But it gets better the total number of minutes used on the phone isnt even close to the total minutes used on the bills after I added 17 months worth up The life timer stilldosent match. The new phone was activated on 7-28-03 The life timer has 77 hours on it the bill is for 6850 minutes used for just 8-18-03 to 9-17-03 Wich means that the phone only has 4620 min since 7-28-03 and they show almost double that for 1 month. And is there anyone who can explain the follow me calls it takes 2-3 months before the quit charging you for and its hard to say if there even yours since there is no phone number on it to prove who you called.
