My rebate

I bought some pans and pots from j-c penney online. I submitted my refund exactly the same evening that was in December for holiday. I believe if, like a Justice of the Peace, I'd dislike for this in the future thru my courtroom. I believe Philippe Richard could be responsible of scam... Cheers
