On April 5 I bought some Philippe Richard Stainless containers from T.D. Cent for $59.99 duty (64.19) having a $30.00 refund in the produce. I finished and posted the info towards the organization without any response. I sent J.C. Penny who assured me the info CAn't be managed because portion of the organization. Since that time I Have been attempting to contact equally Philippe Richardis and J-C Penny to no avail.
The containers are generally not stainly steel, and therefore are useless. But I believed $30. Oo refund might compromise for your customer abuse; since that is what it, "customer abuse."
I called and talked to a worker at J-C Penny (shop # 2347) who advised me they have nothing related to the refund, but could not provide me-any more information regarding how I will enter contact using the produce, Philippe Richard. She didn't have a contact or phone number.
