To the Rebate Department,

Enclosed is a copy of my original receipt, proof of purchase bar code and the $20.00 rebate coupon which I filled out.

I mailed this out to you on December 28 and it has been well over the eight to ten week that you specified before I would receive a rebate check.

At this point of time, I have not received the rebate for the 10 peice nonstick cookware set (model TU-18121 black) with cutting boards, 13 piece stainless knife set, 7 peice nonstick cooking utensils and holding compartment. I have enclosed a copy of this information. Please update me on the status of this rebate and mail to me my $20.00 rebate as advertised since I have already met your rebated requirements. Submited on april 14.
