I purchased some philipe rich meals at jcpenney, submitted for that refund, obtained a philipe rich american express card for $10.00 that was useless since i had been unable to redeem it. No body would accept it, not really jcpenney

I'd have to mention this company is extremely deceptive.

Really ashamed.
